In looking beyond the boundaries, as a result of unrelenting quest for evolution, and through research of the essence of Martial Sciences, NMS philosophy gradually formulated a uniform system of theory: “Consistent Technique” in defense, striking, and throwing/joint locking; and a comprehensive relationship of the principles “Point, Line, Cross, and Spiral.

Total (body, leg and hand) Method is shape and intention should be based on complete inside-and-outside union, and body-control. The essence of Spiral (body, leg and hand)Method is spiral motion. Spiral motion is the result of the following evolutionary process: linear motion> wave motion> spiral motion. Spiral movement, which turns inward (centripetal) and outward (centrifugal), as do Chinese trigram plates, has the potentiality or capability for object manipulation when used by the human body.
The structure of one's hand or a palm ,contains three important geometrical concepts that pertain to spirals and object manipulation. These concepts are ;point, line, and surface, consisting of fingertips (point), palm side (line), and palm face (surface) respectively.
Spiral Method “Spiral” refers to the spiral movement method. the Chinese number for “eight,” representing four surfaces and four corners. a trigram plate which rotates right and left. “ “palm,” which includes the point of the fingertip, the line on the side of the palm, and the surface of the open palm face or surface.
“Spiral (body, leg and hand) Method” refers to the spinning/turning movement of the trigram plates with four sides and four corners. Spiral Method: The human body when using both Centripetal & Centrifugal spiral movement has the potentiality of object manipulation. A Martial System that deploys from the front> side> back utilizes spiral tactics.

A student’s body type and personality were matched with the system that best suited them. The different systems are designed to maximize different bodies (Physical Attributes) and temperaments (Mental and Emotional Attributes).
